1: Beginners Boxing Kids Ages 8-12 Will be an hour long going through the basics, balance, coordination, simple combinations and defense. Learning teamwork, respect towards each other & towards their elders. - 6:00PM
2: Intermediate Boxing & Competition Preperation Kids Ages 13-17 Wll be anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on the circumstances, but mainly an hour. It will involve a more in depth look at overall training regimens, nutrition, technicality of the sport & study of themselves. - 7:00PM
3: Cardio Boxing for ages 15+ Is a fast paced 1 hour HIIT Style class using Boxing & Bodyweight movements to give a complete body workout.All classes require Hand Wraps and Training gloves available for purchase
